Step 4: Fees, Agreement, and Confirmation

The total fee for your Green Card application is $13,500, which includes all immigration attorney fees and USCIS filing fees. We do not charge a recruitment fee. This amount is divided into 5 installments to be paid at different stages of the process:

1. First Installment: $2,000, due after receiving your signed job offer letter.
2. Second Installment: $2,500, due after your PERM ETA 9089 petition is filed with the Department of Labor (DOL).
3. Third Installment: $3,200, due after your PERM ETA 9089 petition is approved by the DOL.
4. Fourth Installment: $2,500, due before filing your I-140 petition with USCIS.
5. Fifth Installment: $3,300, due prior to submitting your DS-260 or Adjustment of Status application.

• First Installment and PERM Filing: Once you sign and return the job offer letter, you will make the first installment, and we will begin preparing your PERM EB-3 petition for filing.
